Summary
The purpose of this report is to know more fact about Euthanasia which has been issue in the moral, medical world. I did a research to find information about it. The reason for this is to help you to make your own opinion about Euthanasia implementation. And also, I want to mention the Euthanasia implementation matter to readers.
I found the meaning and many types of Euthanasia in Google. Euthanasia can be separate by 5 types. Active, Passive, Involuntary, Voluntary, and Non-Voluntary Euthanasia are the five types.
And, I found the history of Euthanasia in the Internet. According to the research, amazingly, Euthanasia existed in the primitive times. I found the pros and cons of Euthanasia in the book, and internet. Giving an opportunity to patients to have a death with dignity is the pros of Euthanasia, but it can be abused sometimes by some crooked doctors and can be a tool of murder the patients, it is the cons of Euthanasia. And there is some ironic part in Euthanasia. For example, recently doctor 'Jack Kevorkian (1)' confessed his crime to the public. But, someone says that he was a good doctor.
This Thesis will show you various knowledge of Euthanasia about history, pros and cons, and other things which is located in front of this paragraph.
And I found the countries which Euthanasia law is legal in the Google, and books. Only in a few countries such as Netherlands and Columbia, Euthanasia law is legal.
And also, I researched the rate of proponents and opponents of Euthanasia in my school class after I announce my plan to them. And the result was amazing. Almost 90% of my class students were the proponents of Euthanasia implementation. It means that the proponents are more than the opponents of Euthanasia comparatively.
This is a particular result, and not all researches results are not like this. The rate of proponents and opponents of Euthanasia is usually 50% each. And it means, the argumentation about Euthanasia implementation is getting hotter. So, I think, everyone must have their own opinion and the proper grounds about Euthanasia implementation to make the result which they each want.
And I also, advise you to study more about moral and some scientific arguments about Euthanasia implementation purpose on understanding Euthanasia correctly.
Introduction
My dream is to be a doctor and it also has a relationship with a medical treatment, and Euthanasia is one of the medical treatment which has been issue. So this is the reason why I chose Euthanasia as my Thesis Topic.
This Thesis definition consists of meaning and the forms of Euthanasia, Euthanasia's history, Euthanasia pros and cons, the Countries which Euthanasia is legal.
Intentionally, I wrote this Thesis to make you smarter in Euthanasia part purpose on participating the argumentation Euthanasia Implementation and abolition argumentation.
I think Euthanasia argumentation has an argument about 'Humans Rights' problem.
Picture this, you have a disease and it pain is continue until you die. You illness are never to cure by some medical treatment. Do you want to live your life despite your harsh, infinite pain? This is my question.
Personally, Governments are to imply Euthanasia law in all countries to save the patient rights to escape from the infinite pain which they experience. Proponents of Euthanasia law says that If you were patient who has incurable disease, you would feel the infinite pain. If it were legalize, It would help patients.
Rejecting a patient request, because of the Human Rights that Human have no right to choose their deaths, only a god. Is it a real Human Right? Despite it doesn't care patient rights to escape from the pain and it’s just interrupting a patient's will?
I don’t know when Euthanasia will be legal in our country, but I’m sure that, someday Euthanasia will be legal in our society because it has strengths more than the weaknesses which it has.
I think the government should discuss Euthanasia law implementation, and have to legalize the Euthanasia.
I can’t wait to see the moment, when the government declares Euthanasia law to people and after that, the time will come when the patients who is suffering by incurable disease will escape with their dignity.
It must be true that Patient isn’t protecting by Human right. I should say that the patients can’t live their life comfortably, so the best way to make patients comfortably is help him to have a death with dignity of a Human Being. And I think it’s a real way to help patient to protect by a Human right to die with his own dignity.
I know it is not easy to legalize the Euthanasia law in our country because there are a lot of objections such as religious problem, and some scientific problem. But, I wish I could see that happen because of our patients and their family’ life.
I insist that Euthanasia law have to legalize in our country.
This issue will be discussed with reference to sociology, medical and moral part.
